It was my 1st time shopping in the store. It was very nice, clean, organized, no clutter in the aisles. The staff are exceptional, when i approached a staff member about the location of a product, he was unsure but went out of his way to get someone who did know. Then the young lady ensured i found what i needed and helped me through the checkout process. The store is lovely, so clean and well maintained. If you have mobility issues, it has small aisles, and requires careful manouvering. Being it is inside the mall, there is lots of parking & the skytrain is right there. No need to drive. All in all, a very nice store

My first review is Metrotown location. If you are interested in more about my review. Products: Recently, I purchased a reusable bag. It's thinner than the one I bought few years ago. A bit disappointed. Service: Quick checkout. The fitting room is busy but not as busy as the Metrotown location. Environment: Aisles are tight. So hard to shop, confusing layout. There is no defined sections between men, women and kids. Recommend: Not this location

Uniqlo is one of my favourite clothing brands. If you are looking for thermal to wear during winter, heat tech is a must. I've been wearing heat tech from Uniqlo for 8 years. Winter gloves are also good at affordable prices. Packable jackets are also worth buying. Airsm product is good to wear too. Very thin, light fabric yet comfortable. There are fitting rooms available at the back of the store. One thing i dont like is that all aisles are narrow. This store is actually small to compare with other uniqlo stores.

Staff are helpful and friendly. I like how they keep the line moving if someone is lined up in the cash / customer service line if they are paying by card. They are also efficient when making an exchange.

5 stars go to their friendly helpful staff. They have good quality merchandise, but the price is not as friendly. Almost every single item costs $60 each, and that is not consumer friendly. A sweater I bought last year cost $29.99 and the same sweater cost $59.99 this year. A camisole cost $24.99 last year and $34.99 this year.

This is nothing to do with the Richmond store, the staff are always friendly and helpful but it's about the store policy for online order! i was ordering online at 7a.m. and was requested to go into the selected store within 60 minutes to make payment ??!! 7a.m. the store is not opened yet, i redo a few times and my order was still cancelled !! If you do not want to promote click and collect, you don't have to but you are making your customer to go into the store within 60 minutes at night or early morning or otherwise the order would be cancelled ?! even if i don't mind to go but your store is not opened!! Can you please check and correct this? thank you!

This store is well located and size is just big enough to have most items. My piece of advice is avoid shopping on "Uniqlo Online/App". Although price match policy is the same online and offline, but online require you to ship back the same material and buy the same cloth again. This is a very environment unfriendly, waste of hours and creating garbage along the way. Uniqlo's sales tactic is close to a lot of non-Canadian company, making it as difficult as possible for consumer to return and price match. Or just always wait till holiday to buy and don't give them business during regular days.

A place for everyday wear, quality is decent but don't expect the clothes will last very long given the price they are expecting you to change clothing every couple years.
